On the consultancy side, I help businesses grow through go-to-market strategy, marketing strategies that build brand presence, sales and marketing structure, and buyer insight. I turn complex commercial problems into clear, practical plans, bringing the same discipline to every engagement: evidence first, then action.

Over more than a decade at Merck Serono, L’Oréal, and Menarini (Relife Aesthetics), I’ve led sales, marketing, and product strategy across pharmaceuticals, dermocosmetics, and medical devices. Today I lead aesthetic medical device strategy across the UAE. Along the way, I’ve coached many professionals through the same challenges I’ve faced: plateaus, difficult decisions, and building careers and businesses they’re proud of.

I hold a Bachelors from University of Sharjah, UAE and an MBA from the Swiss School of Management, Italy, and I’m pursuing a PhD in Sales & Marketing from Paris American International University, France, researching AI-driven personalization and neuromarketing in MENA beauty marketing. That research keeps my work grounded in both practice and evidence.
